Randy retired in October of 2020 after serving for 20 years in federal and state law enforcement, working domestically in the United States to combat the flow of narcotics reaching our cities and towns. During the last several years of Randy’s career, he worked as a U.S. Drug Enforcement (DEA) Task Force Agent, utilizing intelligence to drive diversion cases focused on the prescription epidemic in the United States. Specifically investigating pharmacies, pharmacists, pharmaceutical companies, and doctors overprescribing or prescribing outside the scope of a normal medical practice. In his twenty-year career, Randy has worked a variety of cases or provided secondary support on cases from street-level crimes to high-profile cases. Randy has experienced the full spectrum of cases throughout his career which resulted in strong prosecutions in state and federal courts.
Since separation from government service, Randy has collaborated and consulted with criminal defense attorneys and high-stakes civil litigation attorneys to assist them in all aspects of their cases. Working through vast amounts of discovery to help formulate stronger outcomes and be better advocates for their clients. Randy's focus has been making the discovery and trial preparation easier for the litigator or firm, giving them more negotiating power and trial preparation.
